What are your concerns with ADP & PIP and how could they be improved?

Currently, I am getting PIP but not an enhance rate. So, I prefer an independent review where I may get an enhance rate. Disable people deserves a benefit which can help them to lead a decent life. Government also can use this workforce by supporting them with materials or give access to utilise resources. Also support them what other benefits they can get.
